A SUCCESSFUL SHEDI GYM SPACE STORY

SHEDI SPACE options are endless and the price is way less than doing any sort of addition to your existing house. I wanted a gym in my house for keeping in shape as I grow towards my retirement years. I did not have time to go to the gym nor was I able to fit it into my schedule since it was far. I wanted a SHEDIspace used for a gym on my property. I wanted to have no excuses to not to be in top shape at all times.  So, I configured my gym to what I needed. I am 6’6 so height was important to me.  I was able to get a large SHEDI SPACE with high ceilings to allow for all my overhead exercises like overhead presses, clean and jerks and more.  I was able to mount equipment to the structural walls where I would never have been able to if they were plain old stick and frame. My SHEDI SPACE gym is exactly what I needed for my next phase of my life.  Oh, and it does not stop there. I had a concrete floor poured for my heavy deadlifting and Olympic lifts. I did have an option of a reinforced sips floor which would have been strong enough but I chose the concrete floor just in case down the road I change my SHEDI SPACE from a gym to a toy space for my I4 wheelers, A TV’s and anything else that I may want to put in it down the road.
